Terms of Use

Last updated — September 2026

Counterplay is developed by Noise Factory Productions Inc. By downloading or using Counterplay, you agree to these terms.

License

Counterplay is licensed to you, not sold. You're granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies unless otherwise stated here.

Use of the app

Counterplay is a tactical planning tool intended to support your own tennis strategy and preparation. It does not guarantee match outcomes, and any tactical suggestions are informational — you're responsible for how you choose to play.

Your content

Any opponent profiles, custom plays, notes, or other content you create in Counterplay belongs to you and is stored on your device (and, if enabled, your own private iCloud account). We don't access, review, or claim ownership of it.

Purchases

Counterplay is offered as a one-time purchase through the App Store. All purchases are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's own terms and refund policies.

No warranty

Counterplay is provided "as is." While we work to keep it reliable, we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
